1. Scope
This policy explains how the panel-rental service at rentedsmm.com, operated from Pakistan, handles information used for accounts, rented panels, billing and support. Your customers may also be subject to the privacy notice you publish for your own panel.
2. Information handled
Account records include your name, email address, password hash and any profile information you provide, such as country, timezone or telephone number. Rental records include domains, subscription status, usage totals, invoices and wallet entries. Support messages, team membership and audit records are also retained to operate the service.
3. Payments and technical records
Payment records can include the provider, amount, currency, checkout identifier, transaction reference and status. Gateway credentials entered by authorized operators are stored encrypted. Hosted payment providers process their own checkout details under their own policies. Security records may include IP addresses, sign-in attempts, timestamps, errors and administrative actions.
4. How information is used
We use information to create accounts, provision and maintain panels, verify payments, calculate usage-based charges, enforce access permissions, investigate errors and respond to support requests. Configured transactional email may deliver password recovery, verification codes, renewal notices and essential account messages.
5. Cookies and local storage
The service uses a session cookie to keep sign-in state, protect form submissions and preserve necessary account workflows. Referral information can be stored in the session when you follow a referral link. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in and checkout workflows. This policy does not authorize optional advertising tracking; any such future use needs an appropriate notice and controls.
6. Service providers and disclosures
Hosting, email delivery and payment providers receive information needed for the functions they perform. Authorized staff may access relevant records for support, maintenance, security and billing. Information may also be disclosed where required by a valid legal obligation or necessary to investigate misuse. We do not sell personal information as part of this service.
7. Rented panel data
A rented panel can store customer accounts, orders, payment records and support messages. Its owner determines the services offered and is responsible for the notices and permissions required for those activities. The rental system reads order counts and installation information for subscription management; configured verification or support operations may require access to relevant panel records.
8. Retention and deletion
Records are kept while needed to provide the service, maintain accounting records, resolve disputes and investigate security incidents. A deletion request may require identity verification. Some billing, audit or backup records may need to remain for legitimate operational or legal reasons. Support can explain what can be deleted and what must be retained for your account.
9. Your choices
You can update available profile fields and manage team access in your account. Contact support to request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information, or to ask about a processing concern. We will review your request according to applicable law and confirm any identity checks or limits before acting.
10. Security and processing locations
The application uses password hashing, access controls, encrypted secrets and protected connections where configured. No system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information outside Pakistan; contact support if you need details of the providers used for your installation.
11. Eligibility and updates
The service is intended for people able to enter a binding agreement and authorized business representatives. If information was provided without appropriate authority, contact support. This policy may be updated as the service changes; the revision date is shown below.
12. Contact
Use the support system on rentedsmm.com for privacy questions or requests. Include your account identifier and a description of the request, but never send your password or recovery code.
